Around The Table XL VI, Cirencester

This event is for all who love people and board games. All are welcome, young and old, big or small; we want you all to experience the joy of building relationships while playing games.

The event is located at Cirencester Baptist Church, Chesterton Lane, Cirencester, GL7 1YE.

Around the Table XL is an extension of Around the Table; a friendly local games group in Cirencester.

Cirencester Foodbank will be receiving 10% of all proceeds from the event.

Board games are provided by Around the Table, but you are most welcome to bring your own favourites with you.

Under 18s are free but MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Ticket prices include free cake and refreshments.

All-day tickets include a cooked meal between 5-6pm. Vegetarian/vegan option available. Please let us know of any dietary requirements/allergies when booking.

Evening tickets do not include a cooked meal.

You are welcome to bring your own lunch with you to eat in our café space. There are several local establishments close to the venue for takeaway options.

Please note this is an alcohol-free event.

Board Game Bring and Buy is an opportunity to buy games from other attendees and/or to sell some of your own games. You do this entirely independently of ATT XL V and at your own risk. We can take no responsibility for games damaged, lost or stolen.

If bringing games to be sold we ask you to label them clearly with your name, contact number and a price. Anyone wishing to buy a game will call you directly on the number that you have provided and the transaction will be completed between the two parties involved. We can take no responsibility for those transactions. You must be attending the event in order to sell games at the event. Only tabletop games will be accepted for sale at the event.

We are asking for a donation of 50p per game sold at the event. This is a voluntary donation made entirely at your own discretion.

Any unsold/sold games must be collected by the seller/buyer before the end of the day on 22/03/2025. Any games not collected will be added to the ATT games library or donated to local charity shops.

Two Rooms and a Boom session can be signed up for in advance on the ticketing site. The game consists of five timed rounds. At the end of each round, some players will be swapped into opposing rooms. If the Red Team's Bomber is in the same room as the President at the end of the game, then the Red Team wins, otherwise the Blue Team wins. Lying is encouraged. Spaces are limited so sign up as soon as you can.
