14 October 2024 - Dating back many hundreds of years to the 12th century, the Mop Fair in Cirencester takes it's name from it's original purpose, a hiring event where servants carried the tools of their trade to show that they were available for work.
The 2024 Cirencester Mop Fair will be held in the Market Place and surrounding streets on Monday 7th October and Monday 14th October between 12pm and 10pm.
