Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the Cotswolds

Does it snow in the Cotswolds?

Winter in the UK is roughly defined as December to February and during these months the Cotswolds may experience some snowfall.

Heavy snowfall is rare, as is snow outside of the core Winter months, but possible.

In fact, when we asked the Cotswolds Facebook Group - What's the earliest and latest times you can remember snowfall in the Cotswolds? - James replied "It snowed in October in 2008 if I remember. Plus in 1975 it snowed in June!".
