Where are the best dog walks in the Cotswold Lakes area?

So much choice, and most dogs just love the water. There are many great walks direct from each of the lakes, there are also many superb well marked countryside trails and paths including the Thames and Severn Canal path and The Thames Path which runs right through the Cotswold Water Park. Most of the local pubs and cafés welcome dogs, and there are many to choose from and can be easily walkable. Please be aware some areas may require dogs to be on leads due to nesting birds and wildlife.
